Cancellation Policy

Pine Golf LLC provides an online platform for booking tee times at participating golf courses. We facilitate the booking process but do not set or control the cancellation or refund policies of individual golf courses.
1. Cancellations by Golfers
Each golf course determines its own policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of tee times. Golfers should review the specific cancellation policy provided by the golf course at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please contact the golf course directly. Pine Golf LLC is not responsible for handling cancellations or issuing refunds.
2. Payments and Refunds
If payment was required at the time of booking, refund eligibility will be governed by the golf course's policy. Pine Golf LLC does not issue refunds on behalf of golf courses.
3. No-Show Policy
Golf courses may enforce no-show fees or other penalties if a reservation is missed without cancellation. These policies are determined individually by each golf course.
