These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pine Golf LLC’s platform for booking tee times at golf courses.

1. Description of Service

Pine Golf LLC offers an online platform for golfers to book tee times at participating golf courses. Pine Golf LLC does not own or operate any golf courses.

2. User Accounts

Golfers do not need to create an account. Golf courses must maintain an account to access their booking and payment dashboards.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Golf courses may require advance payment for bookings. Pine Golf LLC does not handle or store payment details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by each golf course’s own policy. Pine Golf LLC is not responsible for disputes or cancellations.

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal or unauthorized use.
• No disruption of service or unauthorized access attempts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pine Golf LLC provides the platform "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and software are the property of Pine Golf LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updates will be posted here.
