Refund Policy

Pine Golf LLC provides an online platform for booking tee times at participating golf courses. We facilitate the booking process but do not set or control the refund policies of individual golf courses.
1. How to Request a Refund
Refund eligibility and processing are determined by the golf course where you made your booking. To request a refund, contact the golf course directly using the contact information provided at the time of booking.
2. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by the golf course, it will be processed through the original payment method via Stripe. Refund timing depends on your financial institution and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
3. Pine Golf LLC's Role
Pine Golf LLC does not issue refunds on behalf of golf courses. We are not responsible for disputes between golfers and golf courses regarding refunds. For questions about our platform, contact us using the details below.
